Ben let John and myself know when your ready to stab that motor we will come give you a hand,and with that lifting bracket I made it should make it a bit easier.Might come on by this weekend and check out the progress.Just give me a shout if you need anything like tools,welding,or need something fabbed up LMK.

That lifting plate you fabbed is AWESOME!!! Thank you so much for that!! It should definitely make the job easier. Yeah, we are still working on the car. We are almost done stripping it. We just need to get the rest of the K-member off and the hit the inside. Getting the padding, seats, HVAC, and airbag out!
We will be here this weekend, come on by!

hey ben is it cool if i drop by on sat. before the rain gets bad and give you that $$$. you will have to give me your number i forgot it. is anyone doing anything tonight? well this post has blowen up

Atmore has cancelled racing for tommorrow. They said to much rain will fall over the night so track prep can't be done properly.

Hey Ben, Raegan has duals with Borla Xr-1's right? Do you think if I dropped by to give you your money you/she could give me a ride around the block in it? I'm ordering parts for my exhaust and I'm trying to decide on mufflers. Its down between the magnaflow 4x9s and the XR-1's. The flows are ALOT cheaper and sound great too, but the duals I've heard with Borlas are incredible 
. So I need a better in-person comparison.
And Thomas, you said you're friends had duals with magnaflows, right? If you could arrange a meeting so I can hear his car inside and out I'd really appreciate it. If nots thats fine I've heard a few already. And June 24-25 is the two days I'm doing my headers and duals, so if you have your headers by then I guess we can stay up all night and do them at the same time.

Sure, come on by. We actually have Borla Pro XS Mufflers. I think they sound better than the X-R1, but that's my opinion. We can give you a ride, I think you will like the sound! Give me a call!

The pro XS would be much better, they are far far far cheaper than the XR-1, but do they flow as well? The XR-1 is a racing muffler isn't it? Not that the difference in flow would have much of a impact. Thanks!

Yes the Pro XS are cheaper and they flow VERY, VERY well. You can roll a base ball straight through them!

I received your pm's but for some reason, they dissappeared as soon as I tried to open them.
The 15 LSA will raise the power band a little in the rpm range and have a calmer idle from the look of the cam. If that's a new cam, that's a pretty good price. I think that will have pretty good driving characteristics for the street. I like the looks of tha cam!
