You mean when he had no 3rd gear, and a passanger in the car? haha. yea, that's me. I'm not sure what happened on that one! And no, that's not why I got the H/C. I've been looking for a setup like that since I got the car. It won't be exactly the same on my car, but it should work alright.

Alot is going on.
Apparently my cam bolts backed themselves out of the cam and allowed the timing sprocket to loosen, which then broke the cam alignment dowel completely off the cam (which fell into my oil)
The cam either walked backward or forward into the motor, not far enough to ruin the motor but I am afraid it either did some damge to my bearings or my lifters. There is now a very audible tapping/ticking noise coming from my motor.
Rockers are fine, I checked the pushrods and none were bent from what I could tell. Car idles just a little bit rougher now. Runs fine. Although the stuttering that has always been there is now alot more noticable.
So basically I have no idea what is going on with my motor. Wish me luck.

Luke did you ever get around to fixing your car, or find out what your going to do? Oh yeah and by the way my wife is selling her car, if you guys wanna spread the word before i put it in auto trader. it's a White 2000 Grand Am let me know.--Andrew
