Lets just pick a date and go with it.
I'd say we meet somewhere around 5-6 pm on a Saturday.
Do we want to meet a Winghouse or Hooters or something? We'll basically take over the parking lot and have a minishow/mini greet/etc.

I just thought of something. We can schedule it the same day as when they run the midnight drags here so if anyone wants to grudge match, run heads up etc, that might be cool.
