Why do you need local, and why are you fixed on SLP
stuff? Some of it's unique and some of it's good, but
in general there're better deals to be had for price
and often performance. Especially watch the "packages"
which tend to be half stuff you don't need/want....
The SLP stuff I've bought, has all been mail order
(except the used CAI, which still came by mail).

I have a lid that's just sitting around, it's an older (?)
one that says LS1 Motorsports on it. Looks like new
but I couldn't swear to it, black ABS plastic, 75mm.
I bought it locally back in '02 before deciding to go
with the OE style Blackwing lid. If you want to drive
to the east end of the Bee Line you can pick it up
for $40.

That is a good deal for that price. I owned a lid just like that before I went to a oem Blackwing. This lid will fit nice compared to other aftermarket lids.
