I have a 2004 5.3L with 14k miles....comes with tranny, wire harness, all accesories (ps, a/c comp, alternator) comeplete from intake manifold to oil pan. im supose to be tradeing it with someone but if i can see it ill buy the other motor from them.

i have seen this motor it has everything but the pcm. and everything is in great shape.
