Dude trust me, I really want the safety stuff, but I also am really anxious to see what she'll do all out w/o any issues!! I'm almost positive she's got 9.2's - 9.3's in her, I just need that slip!!!!! Tell me you wouldn't be antsy as all hell to get a pass all out to see what she's capable of if you had my car (and didn't have ur car, you know what I mean, in my position)! I mean I don't want it to be 6 months before I get a good pass out of the car, ya know! Once I get a good pass, i'll be ok with puttin the car down for a couple months or whatever it takes, without goin nuts cuz I want to race so bad!!!!!

Devon Next is right. get the safety stuff done now. As fast as you are going you need the cage etc.

I just had a customer get killed a couple of weeks ago. He had to race and his car wasnt ready. So he went and stuck his big motor in his truck to make some passes. Something went wrong and he hit the wall hard. He died because of his stupidity. Dont be another of my customers like that.

Ouch, i'm sorry to hear about ur customer Brian, that really sucks! I'm just so anxious man, i've been slowly building the car since I got it 3 - 4 years ago, and things are finally comin together with it, i'm just so excited, i'm sure you understand that! I guess i'll put the standalone in when I get it and start pullin the dash and everything to get her ready for the cage. I really want to get a run before I do that, but I guess it's not really the smartest thing to do, anything can happen, I guess I just have a sense of comfort in the car cuz of how stable she feels!

Hey, you know what's messed up! I thought I heard more banging than usual under my car @ bmp, so I got under there and grabbed my drivers side extension and it was moving without the header moving, so I just got under there and took it off and where the collector flange is welded to the header, the welds are cracked about half to 3/4 of the way around, good thing that **** didn't crack all the way around, it could've slid off and went under a tire or something and cause some major problems at high speeds! I'm goin to get it rewelded today!

I have to agree my best 60ft was always at LMSP. 1.32 60 ft. Not bad.

Caveman I forgot to tell you I watched your car leave from behind, I told Greg I want a roll cage now. My hicks the drivers side tire like a male dog. I got a video from behind and I watch it, wow I really don't know how my windshield hasn't broke yet! I better shut up she might break tonight.

Oh I am going to try and get a flyer (they haven't started giving them out yet) from Dessie and post it for you guys to read. LMSP is off of hwy 33. Can't remember what exit # from I-4.

Devon get a credit card and get that cage thrown in there, still plentys of time.

A lot more ls1 cars are 60 footing in the 1.3's now, should be interesting.

I still wish it was full 1/4 mile race those are more fun to watch.

If I could I would! I don't know what the **** I have to do to get ******* credit, I keep getting the same excuse for being turned down for the past 3 ******* years, you have too little credit history, ur credit is too new, well **** you, how the **** am I supposed to get credit if you wont' give it to me, my ****** credit cards that I do have won't give me over a $300 limit, it's ******* rediculous!!!! So I have to pay cash for everything, it sucks! Couldn't even get a new work van, couldn't get approved! So luckily one of my coworkers was sellin theirs and it was in great shape and they gave me a killer deal on it cuz they were gettin a new one!

Cool, might have to check it out one day, didn't even know it existed. My aunt lives up in spring hill which I don't think is too far from there and I go up there every now and then, so maybe next time i'll bring the car with me.
