Longboards RULE!

Just kidding, I know I won't win this argument (even though I'm a fan of them)

i live in Margate, suburb of ft lauderdale (bout 25 mins north and west of FTL)...everyone is forgetting about Ft Liquordale!
you got the best of all in my town, i will explain..
you are 45 min north of downtown miami, southbeach, etcetc..
45 mins south of palm beach, jupiter, BEAUTIFUL drives in the car with the t tops off...I live 15 miles west of the most beautiful beaches..most beautiful women, near 3 or four large colleges (which bring in hot girls all year round)
there is a race track south AND north of me..all in about an hours drive,,

Sound good...i bet it does..and oh yeah housing is def affordable..cause its Margate, not MIAMI or TAMPA or ORLANDO...its low key baby, low key...and did I mention I live next to the third green of a top golf course
