So I go to Bradenton Speedway last night to see what’s at the track and to get my fill of loud exhaust and burnt rubber. As I’m hanging out in the staging lane before my bro's first run, a group of rednecks in their big trucks come rumbling in and kickin up dust on the way into the track. So I’m thinking these guys gotta be pissin people off by being stupid. So a total of 4 of them are staged to race so I’m thinkin ok just hurry up, race, and get back to the farm. Well the first 2 take off and one of them puts sand all over the track. I’m talking about a 50' stretch of dirt. So the announcer calls the guys name a bunch of times to let the crowd know he’s a jackass. So they re-prep the track and then 2 other big trucks line up. These guys have the bright idea of putting their trucks in 4-wheel drive to launch outta the hole. So they rev up the engines and go to launch and then I heard a simultaneous clunking sound. Both of the dumbasses messed up their driveline. So they had to clean up the track all over again. Sorry this is a long post but I was pissed at those idiots because I went to the track to see some racing not all night track prep.

welcome to south west florida my friend. the dirt is stupid. the fluid dumped on the track when they constantly break differentials or other parts flat out pisses every one off.

its esp annoying b/c BMP takes such good care of the prep on that track. the idiots ruin it.

haha we have hot rod honda wednesday and night of the import fury of death fridays @ osw, they tend to drag fluid all the way down the track instead of pulling off when they break **** leading to hours of clean up.

The dumbest thing I've seen @ OSW was a glass truck, it was loaded with glass on both sides and the ******* morons still let him run it down the track.

Randy Weisinger has no clue on how to run a track, the only time they prep it well is during the World Street Nationals.

That's why I will only run my cars @ Bradenton.

I lived in Colorado for a couple years and Bandimere did it right. They have a race car only TnT once a month or so IIRC. Meaning you either have slicks or must run faster than 11.99 on street tires. $80 bucks for all day event. That would be sweet to have at BMP once a month.

We get duelys and rotarys at LMSP. The guys in the duelys never would do anything that stupid. The rotarys well only a few make it down the track. Now the motorcycles can **** people off. Last night they were a bunch, which is ok until they started running then getting back in line and running getting back in line running. A guy in a mustang went off on the track official. He was in line for 45 minutes before he was able to run. They were short on help and and the guy pulling wasn't able to keep up. so they got a cone and blocked them. hehehehe..

I don't think anything tops the Rotary's at Moroslow. Guaranteed to have at LEAST 3 out of 5 break a diff/trans/shoot an oil pan off etc.. It's no wonder though, have you ever seen the kind of backyard BS mechanics some of those guys use? I swear I've never seen so much ductape and zip ties!
