My 3 favorite teams (since the mid-80's) are the 'noles','canes',and gators,followed by texas and LSU. I don't have any un-loyalty for Ohio State, but the big 3 of Florida have wide-open down-the-field offenses.

I still think fla sucks. 
Rooted for osu only because I dont like fla. Osu sucks too. My gf's family and friends are all Gator fans to an unhealthy extreme, so I imagine I will be hearing it from them for a long time to come. I do have two good things to say about fla though, all the fine girls @ ale house were rooting for fla, and btw... Good win....

How can uf suck, they have the title? I still will never root for em but geesh how do you not suck then? OSU sucks is laughable, 19 game win streak and suck?????? They got outplayed etc but hardly means sucks. By the way SEC braggers they are 1-2 vs the weak big 10 this year, explain that?

Good news is that OSU will be back there time and time again in BCS bowl games. Florida, Michigan, USC and OSU will be right back at it next year.
Miami was quick and we beat them in 2002 final. OSU is quick as well but the layoff hurt OSU. Florida got to play two more games after OSU's season and were the fresher team last night. Congrads to OSU on a great season after losing all the seniors from last year and many leaving early for the NFL we did pretty darn good. Florida was the better team last night and something tells me we'll see these two teams meet a lot if Urban Meyer stays around. It just goes to show the underdog always wins in the Final...

I am glad that the Gators won, congrats to them. And i am glad they beat the **** out of OSU and their Heisman QB. I am a die hard Canes fan and didnt really think much about OSU until that bullshit call in the 2002 NAtional Championship that robbed the Canes of another title. Ever since then i have hated OSU, THANK YOU UF for making me feel alot better.

Having graduated from Miami and now attending FSU, you guys can probably guess I am not the biggest Gator fan. BUT, OSU pisses me off (mainly because of the UM-OSU championship game a few years back and the screwed up outcome), so I'm happy to see the gators go home with the title.
