Oh yeah the a-hole I hit has hired a lawyer i'm not sure for what but I assume to get medical expenses. Now the kicker is this guy has had 4 accidents in the last 7 years. I'm not sure whats wrong with the guy but he did start complaining about some pain when everything was getting finished up. But he sure did't have a problem bending over and picking up a hundred plus tools that were scatered all over and then pick up his tool box that was in the bed of his truck. This **** really pisses me off cause I really don't think he was hurt I think he's just trying to milk it and get some money.

Sorry that's the only pic I have of her before I wrecked it about a year ago.
Wife keeps spending all the money I manage to save to fix it. Shouldn't be much longer hopefully. If you saw mine you wouldn't forget it. It has a primer black hood and a cracked up bumper. I know of 1 other white z that looks identical to mine just in better condition. I've heard about the meet I'll try to make it if I can sneak out of the house. Or maybe let her do some shopping.

i doubt it. they'll pay him off by writing a check for the max medical carried on the policy just to keep him from suing.

i was sideswiped a few months ago and that's what the guy's insurance did to me. i wasn't complaining about pain or anything, but i work at a hospital, so i got xrayed just for the hell of it. cost next to nothing. i told them that i just wanted to be reimbursed for the two days i missed work due to not having a ride and the co-pay i payed to get checked out. right off the bat, they offered me the max ammount of dude's policy as long as i signed a paper saying that i wouldn't sue. i took the money, of course, and that plus what they gave me for book value on my 5.0 actually added up to what i could have sold it for.

 

Alright got an update

The car is starting to go back toghter and will be sent next door to the mechanic this weekend to straighten everything under the hood out. Then all that will be left is putting the car back toghter. I was worried about them using a used front end but honestly the only things I can see that they are using off it are the front radiator support/framing that hold the nose on, the hood and some brackets. I have brand new gm fenders and nose, radiator, condesor, headlights and fog lights. I will also be getting a new slp lid to replace the one I had on it. Hopefully it won't be to much longer.
