soo help me out guys, i need some input (from my NE FL guys) on somewhere that will fab up a good true duals system...jim's out of business and ive talked to two shops in clay county but they wont touch fbodies.....soooo???
also mark my gear install kit and girdle should be here within a week or so, my gears are already here and when the other stuff arrives ill be getting with you about the install.....
ill be putting my alternator on by myself
and my friends shop will be putting on my bilstiens...
ive been told as far as tinting goes....rays in green cove is a pretty good bet...???
and that leave's my cam....Kris you'd be the first person id be getting hold of
but i think this is the one part im just gonna let sit for awhile...

rays is good, have had a couple cars tinted there, have you tried Smitty's about the exhaust install?, don't go to J.R.'s, not very quality work, i know a place in jax on blanding in the cedar hills area, it is a yellow building on the right headed north called S&W, they welded my set-up i have on my car right now, good job i thought, spring is a good time to mod!, so is winter, summer, and fall..... haha!
Smitty's is located in middleburg, you are coming from westside right? take brannanfield south to old jennings, turn right, go to long bay, turn left, go 1/4 mile to bronco rd and turn right, about a 1/4 mile down on left, looks like a driveway with a sign in front, follow driveway around to the back, these are some good old country boys but they do some good work, you can call them at 282-5288, ask for donald or david, they are twin brothers
the other guy charged me $40, he just tighten up all the joints and welded them, my kit is Hedman, it is long tubes-3"ORY-3"catback, i put it on, just took it to him to get it tight and welded

dude, Ricky from JR's did my exhaust. Dont go to Smitty's - they are all related. Ricky got shafted from Smitty's (his dads shop) so started his own (JR's). I think when i get my SLP resonators done i'm gonna go to a place in st. augustine off of US1, but i dont remember the name. I've always got my tint done at Rollin Sound across from Mike Shad Ford. They do good work and will do illegal if u pay in cash.
just did my s-10 at rays today. did a great job in 1hr. and was way cheaper than any of the other places i called here in OP.

Ray's did an awsome job on my tint for a fair price, ive talked to smittys all they will do is a cat back system. same with fleming island exhuast. iv'e heard good things about rainbow mufflers, its on phillips highway i think. thats my $.02.

Um to tell you the truth i bought my car with a tru dual set up that Rainbow did. And then i put on my headers and got rid of my flows that were on there put glass packs and dumped them that was 200 for everything using my existing h pipe. So in my opinion they are pricey. They do good work just depends on who is working on the car the first time i had alot to be desired but the second time I talked to the owner and he did everything great.
jacob call this number 904 249 7973 ask for ian tell him your one of my friend for my duals that dump he charged me $144. hes also done jeff w/ the black ws6 2 stage nitrous set up and a couple other people i know. only down side its not gonna be mandrel but alot of places arent. he located down in mayport. and if you need help with the headers or the cam ill be happy to help. and as far as rainbow goes i had my first duals done by them and i really didnt like it at all rubber on the road alot and really shitty quality just my opinion plus it was like 400 bux.

02silvaz, i'm sure that there are two different sides to the story, as in every story. i really dont care what happened - its not my problem. i'm sure both sides are f'ed up, i was just relaying the information that Ricky(JR) told me. like i said, i could care less, and i'm not gonna start a fight w/u on a forum! plus we both know i could take u in real life!
