I have a better idea. Have your girl dial his girl from a payphone. Tell her to ask for him by name. But make sure he isn't at the apartment when she calls. Tell her to ask if this is his sister answering the phone, because its his girlfriend calling.

Somebody do something to my cra, throw egga t my ****, or anything like any of the things you mentioned would get oen of two things: 1. ... a Tennessee dawg-whoopin' for every incident or 2. ... his face would look like hamburger meat falling off. He asked for whatever's coming to him.

this is where you get a couple of your friends to take care of business, and you have no connection with it. The guy has no idea who it was. If he thinks it was you, you will find out quickly. Other friends of mine have done this before and have had very good results.

If he's on the first level, run a garden hose under his door, plug up the crack with towels, and leave it running all day while he's at work. Someone did this to my neighbor at my old apartment.
If you're going to fight him, talk lots of **** and get in his face alot until he throws a punch. Take it like a man and you're golden. Make sure there's a witness though, and you should be able to legally kick the **** out of him.
