Default good shop for a transmission rebuild

My tranny is screwed its not getting in 2nd and now it pops out of 3rd I live in west Ft. Lauderdale and im sorta new to the F body community from what I hear its the syncros so I need a rebuild Id like to do a TH400 but I dont have that kind of money right now i need to get my **** fixed so if anyone knows of a good transmission shop around Miami ,Ft. Lauderdale,West Palm Beach please let me know thanks

If you can make the drive to Orlando, there is a shop called Lamotta Performance. Next level performance uses them so they are a "sponsor." They do good work at a decent price.

I recommend Transmission Physicians in Tampa, do a search in the Fl section and see what customers say about them. If you need contact info please PM me.

i had mine done by lamatta in orlando, they do great work. but i have read nothing but great things about transmission physicians so i would say give either one a try.

what ever you do dont go to Total Car Care. They obviously cant rebuild late model 4l60es on the first or fith try for that matter.

Transmission Physicians orders his T56 Parts from us. From what I have heard he is a good builder. I have recommend a few locals to him that could not have the down time to send it our way.
