Default House for rent in Chuluota

I am going to be renting my house out soon. The house is currently up for sale but as we all know, the market sucks. I am also willing to do a rent to own. I am looking to do a one year contract.

$1,200 a month.

The house is located at 2nd St. and SR 419. The house is two blocks outside of Oviedo. Country setting....

My House Information

I would also be willing to furnish the house for extra monthly.

There is no way that house is that low the only thing for 90k is mobile homes or houses that are barely standing. my uncle bought a house that was 80 years old and no floor and still payed 120k for it no land either.

Jake good luck renting it or selling it I would be interested in it if the girlfriend was willing to travel that far.

The only thing you can get for 90k now a days is a cardboard box next to a dumpster.

I was out of line for dumping on your house in your post, and for that I do apologize.

I wish you good luck on selling'/renting your home.

1/4 acre, wooded in the back with only 10 houses on the street. Quite and county.
