Man that sucks but I was wondering in a case like that, I know you sign a release form for the track but does the owner of the camaro have to pay for repairs to the stang or is that just the nature of the game?

From what I understand the release you sign only protects the track from being sued. I guess the owner of the Mustang could try to sue but he probably wouldn't win since it's an inherent risk you take when you participate in racing sports.

I was just wondering. IMO if something like that happens you should take care of yourself since you took the risk! But I guess I would feel differently if someone hit me.

Bummer! The guy that did the paint and body on my Nova just had that very thing happen this past weekend to his 10 second 57 Chevy. Peeled the whole quarter panel up and destroyed the Wilwood disc brake hat.
