Orlando Area Meets!!!

Orlando Area Meets!!! I'm a little worried about the lack of F-Body meets in the the Orlando area. Does anyone in the Orlando area want to start a new meet or get an old one going again? If anyone is willing to do this please let me know the locations and times. We need to start showing more support in Orlando guys!

The only meet that has ever survived the test of time is the Fuelslut Corner, and that's not f-body exclusive. Oh and the Old Town cruise in once a year. All other meets have faded into nothing.
With that said, I'm down. This is what I've seen over the years: Southwest Orlando seems to have some nice cars, but not as many. They are pretty religious with attendance, but smaller numbers. Northeast Orlando has ALOT of F-bodies, but they don't show up for meets. Go figure. Don't know about Northwest or Southeast Orlando areas.

there have been a few attempts in the lake mary longwood area. But it's either been cops, girl drama (either a girl, or guys acting like girls), or lack of organization that have put most of them to a hault.
We had snailbreak going on for a while, cops told us to move to a few different spots, found a good one, and then some drama broke out and it stopped. We always had around 10+ f-bodies, lsx powered trucks, and a few mustangs.
To keep something going people need to leave out the drama and need a set place to meet

FYI "Classic Camaro of Central Florida" meet evey 3rd Saturday @ Classic Chevrolet for our monthly club meeting. After the meeting we cruise up to the Wal-mart in Apopka for the show this normally runs until 9ish or later (depends on the weather)
Our club www.cccfonline.com is open to all years Camaro and Firebird owners.
The show at Wal-mart starts at 6pm and is open to all makes and models

It would be great to get a hangout going. As said before there is a cruise in at the stake and shake in appoka and has been going on for quite a few years and i been going for years myself. Lots of cool cars to stock to pro street and old to new. 
There is a winghouse on kirkmen rd with plenty of parking and next to a ruby tuesday and dennys so there is more than one choice of food and just of I4.

Thanks for the info 01pewter2001z28. Only problem with that meet is that I'm get stuck workin' the night shift Saturdays, and I can't attend. 
Well, it seems like everyone else would like to get something going. 
Everyone come up with locations and dates, and we'll figure something out. I won't be able to meet anywhere Jan. 26-27, I'll be at the Rolex 24!

They screwed me twice, on the same car (long story). 
I'm in St. Cloud, so as long as it's not to far into orlando (don't know my way around orlando to save my life), and it's a friday or saturday, I could do it. When is the Old Town meeting, I go there at least one cruize night a month, friday or saturday.
it seems that almost every good meet gets ruined by ricers and then the whole group gets icked to the curb by the cops. we've had our fair share of retards trying to drift in the parking garage (thats a nice touch when it rains) and what we do is take pics of peoples license plates and if anyone acts like a moron who turn the plate numbers over to the cops and let them know when people screw around.
one time a kid in a sl55amg did donuts and we called the police and the cornered him on the way out and did the whole patdown action to him. it really helps to have the backing of the authorities and i get ot know the ones on duty
