More Props to the EFI Alchemy crew!
Another happy ending brought to you by the lovely, talented, and knowledgable people at EFI Alchemy.
I'll try to make it short and sweet. I went up to Jax a few weeks ago to get my car professionally tuned by EFI Alchemy. I've been trying and trying on my own to get the tuning thing down using hptuners but wasn't getting it done right, so I decided to get someone to do it. The reason for choosing EFI Alchemy was due to them coming out on their time to Gainesville raceway one saturday and taking some time going over my tune and what was off and what needed to be done. Because of that, I went with them.
Well Doc and the crew attempted to tune the car a few weeks ago. They spent about a day and a half on it, but they couldn't get it where they wanted it. Doc suspected that it was a leak somewhere around the intake due to me still using ls1 coolant lines on an ls6 intake that was causing problems. Well, instead of "here's the best we can do, here's your car, give us our money, and come back when you have the car fixed" like might happen elswhere, Doc was very adamant about getting my car right. I came up with an idea about me taking apart my intake over the next couple of weeks, and for them to give it another wack after the meet here in Ocala. Doc agreed and off I went.
Two weeks went by and I got the intake off and discovered the problem and fixed it, along with a few other upgrades while I was in there . Had the meet at NPD, then off to lunch. After lunch we head out to my car to begin the process. Doc hooks it up and bam, notices the O2's not working and I've been in open loop. So we head out to a discreet location in Ocala where they can take a look under the car. It's decided that my SLP extensions are to blame so I head out to find some vette's sensors. While I'm doing that they work on the car. I come back with the sensors and they take off to do their thing with the car.
Hours go by and they come back with the car. I get in for a quick test drive before they finalize everything and I'm loving it. Car feels great, driveability is 100% better, and Idle was the best I've had it since putting in the cam.
All in all it was a very long day for the EFI Alchemy crew, and each one of them stayed well into sunset to help me a SECOND TIME with my car. Shows their dedication to the love of this hobby.
Doc, Rick, and Mark....thanks again! These guys are more than just another tuning company, they are people you can trust to get the job done and not be lazy about it. They are the most honest people I've personally seen in automotive business!

That would be awesome if everyone had the shop shirts for Pinks, that would open a lot of eyes on national TV as regards to EFI Alchemy among the many cars representing them. Just to let eveyone know the shirts are shop shirts, top quality, the same as Doc and Rick.
Rick, I'm bringing my son Colton you and Doc met, at the St Augustine meet, to Pinks; he will be sporting an EFI Alchemy shirt I drew up on a kids T with a characater of a camaro on it.....He can't wait to see you guys again!

Just so everyone knows, and I am sure Rick will chime in here, the "shop shirts with embroidery" are 50$ with your name on them and they need the money ASAP to try and get them done by Pinks and that is coming from Matt.
