it was an accident that would of never taken place had he not been breaking the law. its about time "celebrities" start getting what they deserve.

Yeah that wreck looks nasty. I still wonder if that Graziano guy would be in a coma if he was wearing his seat belt, that car is just done in.

I'm going to get raked over the coals for this, but I don't think he should be held accountable for what happened to his passenger. He chose to get in the car with him, and he chose to not wear his seatbelt.

It's a slap on the wrist. Hogan will be able to live a normal life once he gets released from jail. The kid who was driving with him will be a vegetable fo the rest of his life. It just does not seem fair at all.

That's not enough. He needs to suffer more, like that kid and his family are suffering. I am willing to bet that Hogan will back out messing around on the street a few years after he his out of jail. Maybe even sooner.

The intoxication issue is one I don't have sympathy for, but as for the driving...it would be hypocritical of me to show no sympathy, when in my younger days I've been both driver and passenger during numerous street races. When I was riding shotgun, I knew exactly what I was getting myself into, and if we'd lost it, I would not have wanted my friend held accountable for anything that happened to me. I rode along of my own free will. You KNOW his friend was probably egging him on and enjoying every moment of the racing, until the curb got involved.

That's all very easy to say......until it really happens to you or a loved one. Then the tables are turned. You know the old saying...walk a mile in my shoes.

I'm too tired to engage in another internet debate. I'll fall back on the "Agree to disagree" cliche.

Nick hogan is an idiot. his passenger is stupid for not putting his seatbelt on, and that car is completely mangled. the shittiest part, the passenger just got back from his tour of duty in iraq. lame
