Well with the stock tranny we figure that is a good number that it may take for alittle bit atleast. Customer has given me the permission to do whatever I want with it except blow it up. I may just spend some time fine tweaking and with a boost controller.

Tweak it in and leave it be. Those are impressive numbers for what it is. No one will argue that. Nice work man.

Thanks, I really am not a low boost guy so I wasn't sure exactly how those numbers stacked up. I know my old six speed car made 570 rwhp through a six speed with meth and 12 psi. So I guess we are doing good.

On a stock Long Block with an A4 at 8lbs 500-525rwhp is good in anybodys book. I have gone further but wouldnt for reliabilitys sake. I would roll with it, and go out and have some fun. It should be a blast on the street.

Still playing with the car on the dyno..switching the gate reference from the compressor housing to the intake manifold gained less then 1 psi, so it seems the intercooler and piping is not very restrictive. Just doing some more testing on the car to make sure everything works properly and efficiently. Car has made 520 rwhp and 570 ft lbs hotlapped with less then 9 psi. Thinking about throwing a 6 speed into the car and seeing what kind of numbers it makes that way.

After letting it cool it has made 540 rwhp and 590 ft lbs on right at 9 psi. Thinking of trying a 6 speed in the car just to have a real world difference on the same car, same dyno, same boost, same temp's, same day.

This isnt my first rodeo..it will be ok .

In all honesty we will turn the car back down to lower timing and wastegate spring referenced at the compressor...mainly to keep the transmission alive.

Car made 501.7 horsepower and 546.0 torque on my dynojet at 8 psi with low timing and low 11's a/f, that was the lowest boost level the car has seen.

those are some robust numbers. are you going to
give this much needed stock "stuff" the option
of say, 5-6 psi dd mode?, and a "roll on two" (<--green mile)
**** for 8+ psi race/kaboom mode?

The only thing the car would need to maintain lower boost would be a lower spring when I purchase the gate. A boost controller is easy option also, I still dont consider 8+ psi to be kaboom mode, lol. If it was my personal car I would probably be pushiung the limits to show you some real kaboom mode numbers.
