On a stock Long Block with an A4 at 8lbs 500-525rwhp is good in anybodys book. I have gone further but wouldnt for reliabilitys sake. I would roll with it, and go out and have some fun. It should be a blast on the street.

Still playing with the car on the dyno..switching the gate reference from the compressor housing to the intake manifold gained less then 1 psi, so it seems the intercooler and piping is not very restrictive. Just doing some more testing on the car to make sure everything works properly and efficiently. Car has made 520 rwhp and 570 ft lbs hotlapped with less then 9 psi. Thinking about throwing a 6 speed into the car and seeing what kind of numbers it makes that way.

those are some robust numbers. are you going to
give this much needed stock "stuff" the option
of say, 5-6 psi dd mode?, and a "roll on two" (<--green mile)
**** for 8+ psi race/kaboom mode?

The only thing the car would need to maintain lower boost would be a lower spring when I purchase the gate. A boost controller is easy option also, I still dont consider 8+ psi to be kaboom mode, lol. If it was my personal car I would probably be pushiung the limits to show you some real kaboom mode numbers.
