Default Forced Induction Cam

This is a going to be on a TTI 60 trim LS1. Other then a few supporting mods injectors, fuel pump, tuning, and meth injection the engine is stock. My question is what are good specs for for a mildly aggressive forced induction cam. Also along with valve springs i would like to keep the valve chatter to a minimal so if i would like to keep factory style rockers.

Lingenfelter gt7. You can look up specs on lingenfelter site. Very close to 05 z06 cam in specs. I also am using 1.8 rockers with it and before any jumps and says you can't it says you can right on the cam card I have seen.

So that brings it up a bit but it should be plenty mellow in terms of lope. Lingenfelter uses it in most all their turbo builds and they build some pretty fast cars.

Now haven't actually had my car running with it yet just finishing up the build next day or so.

That other one from exotic sounds ok too. There are many many opinions on what is the best turbo cams.Seems people argue over reverse split, normal split how much split.how much lift ,what lsa. Turbo is going to work pretty good no matter what type of cam.
Think it depends more on what you want.I wanted something not too wild. Figure car is going to have more power than I can ever use especially on the street.
I wanted not much lope at all ,easy to tune and not that much lift so wouldn't have to change out springs every 20,000 miles.

With that setup I would stick with the stocker and upgrade the springs. It is capable of supporting more power than a stock motor can handle.

For the guys running the EPP on the street how does it fair. I understand its a little aggressive side and my car is by no means a daily driver however she does see short drives to and from the track.

Daily driver for me with no problems, very happy. Average 80-100 miles a day and still enjoy driving the car.

618HAWK, what size engine are you running this cam in? i am also researching cams for a FI build and really like the EPP cam. how daily drivable is it? and what are you seeing MPG wise?

It is a 347, no problems with drivability drives like stock, The wife drives it with no complaints, if that says anything. A good tune is a must for that though.

As for MPG I have not really checked, (way gas prices keep dropping I have not filled the tank yet), in town I think it is close 15-17. I have a hard time keeping my foot out it.

Driving it the way it was meant to be driven is a good thing.

My cam is slightly larger than the EPP cam and I get 17mpg on the highway if I stay out of boost. Which I never do so I usually get 13-15mpg per tank.

My mechanic thinks the EPP will be too hefty for the 60 trim?
