Bob,
The pictures of Jesse's car was with an F2 so the SuperPulley had the larger bore for the F2 shaft. He also had to mill the pulley down to fit on the blower bracket, just a heads up.

I wanted to let you know that he has another SuperPulley new in the box with the smaller bore for the F1R because they sent him the wrong one the first time. Let me know if you want it, he wants to get rid of it.

Will do, thanks for the heads up. How has Jesse's cog set up been working out for him? Bob

What pulley combo ( crank dia & blower pulley dia ) are you using or trying to use?

We are using the Innovators West 8 inch balancer, and I believe we have a 4.00 pulley on the blower. Maybe if Brent see's this he can confirm the blower pulley size. Bob

Bob, with the 8 inch crank pulley and a 4 inch blower pulley at 7K rpms that gives you 75600 impeller speed, max impeller speed of the F-1R is 68K. I know you can exceed the max impeller speed alittle but I exceeded my F-1A impeller speed by 4K and wiped out a bearing out which ended up taking the impeller out. Don't you think with this setup you will exceed the impeller speed too much.

I'll have to double check on the blower pulley being a 4.00, as I was thinking we would only be at about 70,000 at 7000. Right now we're seeing 16.8 psi at 5300 rpm, then we start getting belt slippage. I'd like to see 20 psi as a max since we're on pump gas. Bob

The R was going to go on my Camaro, but the C seems to have run out of steam on the Z06 at 15 psi, and just shy of 900 rwhp. We're going to see what the R does then we are going to try it with and without the air filter. Bob
Bob,
Would it be possible for you to overlay the graphs of the two blowers for comparison?

Yes indeed, we can do that. We'll do that Monday at the shop. Bob

The ATI kit is very well make. I just finished up there cog setup on my 03 Silverado SS with a F1R. I will be taking it out tomorrow for some shake downs. Its a lot like the Corvette Cog kit from ATI where the accessories and blower are all on the same cog belt. The blower sprag seem to be working well. I also went with 2 bypass valves to help during shifts and chopping the trottle to keep the belt alive.

Cool! You'll have to let us know how it works out for you. Thanks!
