Yeah, I'm just using good old fluxcore welder, it a 220v or 230v(whatever)Lincoln Electric. If any welds crack I can always weld them back up. Do wish I had a tig welder though, because when welding I did blow some filling in gaps and I wondering how much wire and **** is in side the merge pipe that could end up breaking off and going through my turbo. I was going to try and put some rocks or something in there and shake them around to break off any thing inside the pipe before the **** breaks off later down the road.

You think my wastegate location will be alright? I was concerned about having the 90 degree bend but I really have no other choice, because of the radiator. I tied to make the merge it so it kind of flowed into the wastegate, but I only had so many options and room, I guess it should be alright. I'm using a Tial 44mm wastegate and the wastgate pipe is 1 7/8". It's also going to be dumped straight down into the atmosphere. Oh yeah, I have another question, Do I need a dump pipe or can I just dump it straight out of the wastegate?

Right out of the Gate is fine. Loud and Proud.
Good tip Jer. Never thought about a chain. Then again I havent used my MIG for anything other than Tack welds in over a year or so.

Your gate is In as good as spot as it can get. As for the 90, it wont really matter like josh said.
My gate is exactly the same as yours, i have a 90 going to the driver side, and you go to the pass side. No biggie,and i run the same gate on a little bigger turbo, and have not had any issues with regulating boost.
Your build is looking good. Also about the bracing, i didn't brace my Gt4276 and 0 welds have cracked yet. I probably put 1500 - 2000 miles on it last summer.

I wasn't going to brace it, but then again it can't hurt. It gave me something to do.(Like I don't have enough to do already). 
On Christmas or over the weekend I might try to get started on my oil lines. I'm going to drop the pan to drill for my oil drain. I'm going right into the front of the pan. Sucks that I already had the pan off not that long ago installing rod bolts, but I guess it's not that big of deal pulling the pan. At home on the garage floor it might suck, since last time I did it at work on a lift.

Here is my wg's location, no bend short piece of tube, flange and WG. Its angled down right in front of my radiator support (still in the stock location)
I have enough room to run a GT42 or S400 sized turbo.
Dumps straight to atmosphere no pipe....its loud as hell and startles people when I get into some throttle

Thanks for the comments. I'm tying to get this thing done, little by little. I'm getting started on my oil lines now and I am going to run a -3AN feed line, and -10AN return. I know with the smaller feed line I probably don't need to restrict it with a nitrous jet but I already have a fitting for a jet, so I'm going to use it anyway. What size jets are you guys using? Would .057" be to small?
