Default Valvesprings / pushrods

I am swapping a 02 ls1 / 4l80e setup into my 67 Camaro.

While I have the oil pan off I was going to go w/ ARP rod bolt kit.

As of now I am going to leave the stock cam / heads.

What valve spring and pushrods would be recommended for a 70/76mm turbo set up. 6-10psi

Also part numbers would help.

I would go with the Patriot Extreme springs. Exotic Performance Plus has a kit that includes,springs,tit retainers,seals,lockers for $275. Im switching from the patriot golds to the extremes. Push rods you can go a bunch of ways. I picked up some hardened stock length rods from Thunder racing like 3 years ago and 30k ago. They never really wear out and are cheap.

U think the extremes are fine even with the stock cam?

yes it will be fine my car am runing a 408ci and s91 mm turbo and a big cam around 600lift in it and am using the extremes and they work fine .

Duals are overkill for a stock cam. Eventhough they will work fine you can get away with the comp 918 springs. A hardened stock length 7.400'' pushrod is what you are looking for.

Dual might be over kill but for $275 for the entire kit you cant beat that.
