More progress..
My ac delete panel annoyed me so I made a new one with a intergraded electrical panel. Cut out a new 1/8" aluminum plate for the block off plate, machined some new bungs I helicoiled and welded on. After I made a second plate that bolts to that so I can bolt the block off for good THEN the electrical board can be unbolted easier.

More progress:
Started on all my vacuum lines this week. Started out by making a vacuum block. Got some stock aluminum tube I turned down then drilled out the inside. Next I drilled for 7 ports.. one on bottom for the feed and 3 on each side to support whatever. Welded and smoothed out a top mounting tab and all finished. My boss gave me some 1/4" plastic/bendy quick connect line to do all my fittings SO yes, those big brass fittings will be replaced with quick disconnect fittings.

When you get this thing all done you should bring it out to merrillville to simon sez. IDK how far you are from there but there's a decent group of ppl that meet up there fri. sat. nights.
It's always possible to get a lil street action as well.
