yea i read that, i guess its just a "to each there own" thing here. I just really liked how the TA mounts and ill never have to deal with any problems ever. I just hate doing things twice so now im done. I stand by my decision. And to be a ***, theres a lot of people running FAST times on small tires, why you got such a big tire? Just bustin your ***** man, lol.

Sounds good, work with what you've got.
Well, I went through my share of 4L60e's so I can understand the switch. It also seems like your trying to squeeze every penny out of your setup which I think is very smart. One thing I am wondering though... I'm assuming you went with the TH350 for being lighter, cheaper to build, easy transbrake, etc. But what I really want to know is what did you find out about parasitic loss of the TH350 vs TH400, 4L60e, and the 4L80e? I have looked around a little bit about parasitic loss of these, but I'm just wondering what you've found on the subject. There must have been a good reason for you to run the TH350 over a TH400, just wondering what nudged you towards the TH350.

basically the rule of thumb...
th350--small block
th400--big block
The 350 has a lot lighter internals and doesnt rob as much hp to turn then a th400. There almost 50lbs lighter then a 4l60. And when build right a th350 can handle 1000+hp. SOOO will i ever make 1000+hp?? no, so why take away more hp with a th400 when i can run faster on a th350. ALSO the th350 has a slightely tall 1st gear then a th400 = better 60ft's.
I HAVE EXCERIIIISIZED THE DEEEEMON!!! (Ace Ventura there for ya, lol)
