thanks, that was just the rough cut. Finished trimming it last night and gonna cover it this weekend and paint it. Should have pics up by the end of the weekend!

thats going to be super light,i didnt do half of what you did for weight reduction and i got under 3k lbs

It should be rather light. 2800 lb raceweight would roughly be my guess depending on how much you weigh.

well i downed some redbull and went to town tonight. Pretty much finished it up. Just need to put a little metal filler to cover the weld spots and im done. Just sprayed it black now to keep it covered for the time being....





got my parts painted all up nice...


My buddys notch in the background, lol. Its nice company...


AND MY DOG....KAM!! lol

Yea, its nice and warm in there. hes pretty much doin the same thing and puttin a 3v motor swap in it. Kam on the other hand is a border collie.

make shure you stich or weld in the new cowl plate. i welded mine in sections at a time. and i see you have a tig. nice

yea, i welded it in, a tack every inch or so. I also covered the wiper hole on the drivers side, but i think i may grind it back off and make a plastic cover that i screw on, just in case i need to get into the cowl from some stupid reason. Ill post up finished up pics later. Goin out for a few after all this damn work!
