Took this pic from my blackberry, but you get the idea. Mike at Rocky Mountain competitive research here in colorado springs built the FMIC setup, and said airflow is fine with just removing the fogs...Car dynoed 653 rwhp on a 91 degree day, and IAT's were not much hotter.

^ That sounds ILL!!! Let's get some rolling vid please With that F1A, is it a dog down low on the streets?
Sorry to get off topic. To get back on topic, I like both the chopped look from the earlier posts, and the stock look like the green ws6. I'd prefer the stock look personally, however.

I would love to make a video, but colorado winters are a beast my friend and the car is in winter storage until April! But with the F1A on it, it has plenty of tourque on the low end. In fact, at about 3k on the tach from a second gear roll, the car blows the tires away, and by 6k in 3rd gear, the speedo jumps in 10 mph increments...Ive beat on the car on hot summer days where engine temps were hot, but the FMIC is still cold to the touch. My old twin highflows would burn you if you left your finger on it for more than a second.
I guess I prove you dont need to hack your lt1 front end to make horsepower!

Nice car... I have the same one in black. I plan on keeping the bumper stock like you.
