Boost-a-pump

Boost-a-pump
I have a C6, D1SC procharged 403-trickflow 215cc heads, stock c6 z06 cam, and methanol injection, and mototron 60 lb. inj. using stock fuel pump. I am running out fuel. I am using a 6 rib 7.5" HB and a 3.5" reichart pulley (pulley is slipping I will go back to 3.9"-last I used with minimum slip) My guess is about 11 lbs. boost or 725 rwhp. My question is would a kenne belle boost-a-pump add the additional fuel I need, and how reliable are they. Oh and which one - 20 amp or 40 amp - or is MSD version better?
Thanks for any help.

I have a walbro 255 in tank and a kenne bell boost a pump and I am still loosing fuel pressure in the 5,500-7,000 rpm range 10-13#'s of boost in a 347ci moter. (same fuel injectors you have) I'm going with a lonnie's performance dual pump set up for the spring. Its about $150 more than a BAP and with the 725hp your making, the stock pump and a BAP is a band aid. I've had my tank out of the car 3 times now and I'm done with hot wire kits BAP's ect, going big and forgetting about it.

The Kenne Bell 40 amp is the better of the band aids, but a true fuel system is the best way to go. On a C6 the fuel system upgrade gets expensive in a hurry. At the horsepower level you are at, I wouldn't rely on a boost a pump. Bob
