A procharger atop the boosted list... That's what I'm talkin about Congrats on the wickedly fast times 427. I'm really interested to see pictures of your setup, particularly the blower/intercooler setup. I can't believe a Vert is able to take that much torque! Congrats on the new best.

Congrats Ron and Kurt and Wheel to Wheel, you build a mean car.
If you have other pics send them to me, I am going to put up a bunch of pics on Monday.

I've heard that the chassis had forgone a lot of work to take that kind of power. What exactly was done to it?.....details? I also have a vert but I sometimes wish I had a t-top or hardtop for making big power. This just puts new motivation in me for the car.
One more question, with all those mods and it being a vert, is that thing stripped inside to get it to that low a weight. I know that Rob Raymer's turbo car is about 4k lbs. How did they get the weight down so low?

Here are some pics of Ron Duke's 8 sec C5R LS1. He sent me these pics last night to post on here. They are taken at Bakers(one of our local car shows) which he drove the car to.
Congrats Ron and Wheel to Wheel.

You've got the aftercooler in the back seat? Absolutely insane! I would think having all that piping would make the blower take forever to build boost. You must have the procharger pullied up like a ****! Who fabricated the intake and piping? It's truely impressive. Got any pics of the blower itself?
Damn nice setup!
