The thing is if I try to put a thicker pulley onto the stand off that is milled down, then I need to mill it down further to get it to fit. How much would you sell that 6 rip 3.70 pulley for? And if I do figure out how to get the 8 rib pulley to fit, then I also will need a 8 rib idler pulley and a 8 rib stand off pulley (I need three pulleys for my brakcet 1-procharger, 1-idler, 1-stand off pulley).

Looks like this:

I was lucky and bought one off a member that was steel. It looks like someone just took a stock aluminum one to a machine shop as a template and told them to make it out of steel for them.

Its a start. Seeing as how you already have it and isnt gonna cost any more money to set up I'd try it. It looks like its going to have a lot of belt wrap which will be your saving grace. My only concern is that its a 6.2L and shes gonna make some nice torque. Try it out, get her running and work out sll the bugs. You'll know pretty quick if its not gonna work lol. Let my know when your putting her together and I'll help you out. I musta had my car all apart a gagilion times lol
