Default Finaly my OFI build

I have installed the passenger side header and installing the downpipe. I am having issues with the driver side header Its hard to get in there and its touching the fuel line. I will see what I can do tomorrow. Did everyone with this kit have this issue?

What Heads do you have? If they are ETP's that is your problem! You'll have to either cut the one primary that is hitting off and have it repositioned or just flatten it a little bit. There was a lot of talk about this back when people were installing his kit...

ok. youll need to bend the stock fuel lines backwards or get some compression tube flares that flare and make a hardline fitting from the bottom of the chassis.

second. to install you need to remove your steering shaft and install from the bottom

I removed the power stearing pulley. It goes in from the front but the fuel line gets in the way. What do u mean bend it backwards? I am a little scared with the fuel line. How do u bend it backwards? Does anyone have pics? Thanks.

Is there a step by step on how to do that somewhere. I have never delt with fuel lines, or somewhere I can buy an extension for my current fuel line.

nope.

do a search online .. im sure theres how to's everywhere

the first tool you clamp onto your fuel line and make ti go round and round and slowly tighten and itll crimp/cut off the tube

you take the 2nd fitting, ( theres instructions) slide one end on, then the brass ferrule that will crush, and then line it up and tighten it down, it will naturally compress and flare and create a leak free fitting.

then the AN fitting and the line there are how to's online on how to assemble them

are u going to try and use the 42lb injectors that u have?U are going to run out of fuel.Depending on your goals , u should think about doing a complete fuel system with stainless lines then u can route the fuel lines wherever u want

I am going to sell my injectors and buy new ones. I already changed my fuel pump. I am looking to make 550hp/550tq. I just need to fix this problem cheaply. I am kind of in a hurry. Any other suggestions or a how to somewhere to make your own lines.

Not only did turboz28408 tell you what you needed, he even provided links to said parts. As if that weren't enough, he took the time to type out a simple to follow "How-To."
Man, now you're looking for a "cheaper" (and using that word in relation to turbocharging a car is recipe for disaster) alternative?!

i made 649 WHP 669 tq on a single racetronix in-tank pump on a 98 ( uses higher fuel pressure from the get go) and some mototron 60 lb injectors

those 42's wont cut it
