Update.

Got the drain bung welded on. Intake and fuel files in there final place. XFI is pretty much wired. We plan to go back through it and recut all the wires to shorten everthing up but for the show this weekend we can just tuck it. The hot side is all ready to go back on, the manifold studs should be here today.

The Chute is getting delivered today but the mount is delayed till tomorrow so itll be tight getting it done by friday...

Tonight we gotta get the flex plate and starter installed, plugs, interior needs to go back in, test ignition and fuel pump, and install the oil feed and drain lines.

Thats about it in order for us to get it to start up!! The goal for the show this weekend is to just get it to fire up and idle for a couple mins. we still have a ton of work to get it drivable but that will have to wait till after this weekend.

What size drain fitting is that. Any better pics of where you mounted it? what size feed and drain lines are you running? Where are you getting the oil feed from?

It's a -12an fitting. The whole drain system is -12. Is mounted right between #3 and #5 cylinder about 1" from the top of the pan. It's right after the k member but we pulled the k member to mount this stuff all up.

We can get some more pics of the drain fitting tonight with the pan mounted back on the block tonight.

It's a -4an feed and we are pulling from the back of the drivers side pan where the temp sensor hookup is. We used the TTi bolt on feed setup for our feed line. Very pimp setup!

Yup theres a 1/2 Piece of aluminum with a hole drilled and tapped, add a fitting a your feed line is done! you can make the adapter plate or pick it up from turbo technologies.

Oh thats the factory piece from a vette we use for an oil temp sensor location. If you didnt have the temp sensor in there you could use that to feed the turbo.

Yep, on fbodies, it's just a blank, but on the vette it's tapped and that's where the vetted get their oil temp reading on their dashes

Updated pictures from this weekend. With the exception of the radiator and coolant hoses this is how it looks in running form. We ran into some issues with the FAST and have been working them out the the guys there, BTW FAST customer service is better than any company I have EVER worked with! They spent over 6 hours on the phone with us working through a bunch of stuff (most of which were our fault lol)

For you mustang owners this is our buddies Extreme street Vortech car
