would i need a retune?

If I install a bullet muffler before the turbo and go with a larger exhaust pipe on sts setup would i need a retune?

You running a maf tune or SD? Should be fairly close.

Should be close but I would get a wideband on it and log it for sure.

Bullet before the turbo? Wouldn't that hurt flow to the turbo?

even if u did it on the outside of the turbos flow - to the atmosphere, ud b impacting flow. (not sure if that made the most sense lol)

True...back pressure effects turbo spool and efficiency as well. Guess its just something new to me (putting something in front of the turbo).

the purpose of me doing this is to quiet the exhaust down but just curious if would affect the tune or nothing noticable i guess. Just doing the same or similar to Zombies or Outlawz set up to tone it down a little but wondering if i would have to retune.
