Default Boost Pressure Gauge

I have some newbie questions. I read the sticky up top but it seems to pertain to turbo setups and I'm not sure if that will be the same for me. It also talks about reference points and I am not certain on that either.

I plan to run the Maggie kit from LM Speed soon... I found a boost guage that I like but it is mechanical and I don't know if that is ok? And where should it hook up at? Anywhere on the manifold below the intercooler?

I also want to run a fuel pressure guage. That needs to be electronic right? I assume I dont want a fuel line running inside the car?

Lastly I want to run 3 guages on the A pillar. What should the 3rd one be?

3rd gauge AFR! Boost Pressure can be sourced anywhere post TB on the intake that you have a vacuum line.

+1 for afr gauge. mechanical boost gauge will be just fine for your set up. good luck.

instead of afr, i'd get a w/b and put the guage in there. the narrowband afr guages, imo, are a waste since they're not accurate enough, especially in a boosted application.

Ok. Educate me a little bit here. If I am not tuning the car myself do I need a W/B. I realize it is more accurate but ultimately I am installing idiot guages so I don't overboost the engine or lean it out to much with not enough fuel pressure, right?

Or is there an aspect I am missing?

And if you are wondering why I want a 3rd gauge in the first place, it's simply for cosmetics. I know it vain but if I am going to have 2 I figure I may as well have all 3.

Boost
Fuel Pressure
Wideband

Even if you don't tune it yourself, at least you will have accurate info when diagnosing or talking to a tuner.

Agreed with Denali08, if you're spending the money for a maggie, spend the extra $ and get a wideband.
