Is Procharger Okay???
Got a new pipe made for the GTO the other day because I was having problems with heat because the owner who had it before decided to cut the pipe in half so he could fit a bigger filter but ended up making things worse because the filter was right over the headers and was melting the filter to the headers and causing me problems

Not saying I hate procharger the company, just getting pissed off at the procharger on my car. The location of the procharger pipe on the GTO does suck though. Does nothing but get heat soaked in the stock location.

The piping isnt going to effect it as much as the heat soak was.... it will be fine..... not the pieces missing on the wheel..... not sure id wait and see what Bob says..... you might have to send it back... and that wont be cheap... and if you do decide to sell it you will lose money either paying to fix it.... or selling it to someone way cheaper because they will know they have to send it back...
Does it still make boost like it did before.... did u take off the rest of the piping to makle sure nothing went down stream that could get into the motor??
Patience man..... i had a D1-SC kit on my TA 1st an went thru alot of heart break there.... it will take a lil time and patience and in the end $$.... more boost easier with a smaller pully will make you power hungry and sooner or later (sooner in most cases) the motor will go or the trans and both will be Big $$
I know i did and thats how this game goes..... id just be happy with how it is now for boost and focus on the trans and get a mid sized 32-3600 stall and build the trans and go runn bottom 11's.....
Sorry im rambling and sorry about not getting back to you about your car before i left.... still gone and at the looks of it the house stuff for you worked out and so did keeping your car.

The damage isn't bad, file the edges a little on the impeller blades and you should be just fine. The little oil leakage isn't going to hurt a thing either, I'll bet you hardly notice a change in the oil level.
The F Body inlet air hat is what we normally use on our CTS-V ProCharger kits, as restrictive as it looks, KP has proven that there isn't anything wrong with the F Body inlet air hat. Bob

Please read before posting, never said anything bad about procharger itself, was saying I was pissed off at my own kit. Yea I know I f'd things up on it but ya dont have to rub it in. Thats why I hate posting stuff to ask questions because you always get slamed on things for asking.

The leaking oil sucks but if its such a slow leak that its not showing up as low on oil I would think of it just the way my dad does his 300K chevy. It changes its own oil, I just fill it up every once and a while
