Why is everyone Talking about meth ( Well if you run out your motor to done so its BAD BAD STUFF ) IF you run out of oil your motor is done too ? Who's fault is that
We are looking to make more power. This is why we mod are cars. Every time we add Hp we are taking away from the safety factor of a stock engine. Most of people in the FI cars are pushing the limits of pump gas too. Now that we changed most of the parts on a car for more power. We all should take the time to fill the gas tank /fill the meth tank even if the tank only need to be tops off fill it every gas tank fill.check the oil Check over the car regularly

If you just add a meth kit and dont tune for it wouldnt you be running really really rich?
Im interested in it too but i was going to go back for a tune after the install.
I was thinking the exact same thing,put it before your iat sensor and you should never have to worry about it blowing you motor if you run out or the pump craps out.

If you dont retune most likely you will be running a little rich but thats up to how much you are spraying. Gas A/f is 14.7 to one Meth is 6 to one so added it compared to added gas is very different.
Most pumps crap out because people buy a cheap *** meth kit or where they buy the meth it is dirty cause they are pouring it out of a big tank and using the same funnels they use for gas and and just sitting around the shop.
The alky control kit is one of the best kits out and for a small fee you can send your pump back to have it rebuild or checked out to see if its wearing out. The owner is a great guy. I have put over 150 gals of sealed VP meth never a issues.
