I don't have an oil return pump. Gravity drain. Is that what your talking about?

Ohh I was thinking it was rear mount .. my bad .. okay .. well in that case be sure your center section is vertical and the drain doesn't have any kinks in it.

that really limits the possibilities .. Back to an old question what about the other guages? and how did you come about pulling the fuel pump fuse? sounds like something is missing to what make you think to do that.

I pulled the fuse because I knew it was getting too much fuel, we just kinds came across it. It's so frustrating. Just want to drive this thing. I
Taped the oil pan in the front right under the timing cover is that ok?

I am starting to think it's the battery or alt or both. If the bat is drain will it have weak spark? Maybe it's not to much fuel just not enough spark. Is that possible.

yes that is poss. And getting an alt check is easy, I would do that. And take that bat there while your at it, they can give it a good charge in an hr and test your alt. knock 2 out at the same time

Who is trying to tune your turbo car without a wideband? I would take it to a shop that tunes LS1's daily..If the spark plugs are soaked in fuel it is way too rich..

Do you have the MAP sensor connected ?
If 2bar have you rescaled for the sensor in the pcm tune ?

Even if the IAT sensor is disconnected it can cause over fueling esp with larger injectors.

Get a battery with desent voltage in there first and check grounds are ok.

If your pushing oil past turbo seals, get a restrictor in the feed line and ensure you have fall and no kinks in the return line.
also if the pvc is not sorted, could cause oil to back up in the return line from crankase pressure under boost, but unlikely to be a problem if just free reving engine.

I sent the computer into my tuner for a baseline tune. 2bar! i have a 2bar sensor and IAT installed. I am wondering if its a weak spark. I am going to charge it all day, its a dry cell so i hope it charges.

Every once in awhile i will start my car then it starts loping"with a stock cam"and if i turn the pump off it will clear up then run for a while perfect then i have to turn the pump on back or it will die and is good from then on. If its anything like this i believe its an injector sticking open or several.
