have you separated the cause from the turbo or the engine?

water + oil

is it constant or just some on startup?

you will get a fair amount of water out the exhaust on initial startup so if it's mixing with oil leaking thru the turbo then you get your milk.

I ended up with a restrictor on my oil feed to stop the oil leaking, maybe you need to look into the same?

Looks like water mixing with oil. I will try the restrictor

i have the restrictor in the oil supply block, i also have a restrictor on the oil inlet supply on the turbo itself. I'm still getting oil out my exhaust, what should i do next?

Where did you get that little block and restrictor setup?

so either pump is faulty or the turbo is messed up would be my best guess. hopefully others more knowledgeable with the internals of a turbo will chime in.

also are you constantly getting the milk out the tail pipe? if so then that's likely a blown head gasket and nothing to do with the turbo and it's oiling.
