anyone want to guess at a pulley sizes? Well I was wondering what every one is running for pulley sizes. I am looking for 12# of boost. Here is the set up D1SC LS6 9.1 to 1, Absolute stage 2 heads, TR 224/227, Thunder longtubes with 2.5 y into 4" collector.

I'm shooting for 12 or a little over..
7.85" 8 rib crank pulley, and 3.3" blower pulley 8 rib, my problem right now is slipping, it will see 12, then nosedive....I ordered a smaller belt and I'm trying a different kind of pulley......I really don't want to spend the money on cogs, so I might sell it all and go spray it...

For #12 and your set up I think you'll need a Morgan Motorsports size crank pulley and somewhere around a 3.2-3.4 supercharger pulley. I'm running a MMS crank pulley and a 3.5 supercharger pulley with a set up very close to yours and I see around 9-10psi when I don't have a bunch of belt slip.

Thanks for the replies. I had a 3.6 pulley and made about7.5- 8psi with a somewhat stock LS6. I just change the pistons and rods, cam and heads. I also installed a Reichard Racing 3.3 ultra grip pulley. I still have the stock ATI Crank pulley. I just started the engine on saturday and want to break it in some before I put much pressure on it. I was wondering if anyone could direct me to information on how to determine blower speed and efficency charts. I know you can uses this to figure CFM. The difference between the engines flow capability and the CFM of the blower will result in boost(-the belt slip). Sorry for being lazy here but what size is the ATI Crank Pulley 7.8 or 7.85? 
Let say I make 12 psi of boost what HP and tq do you think I should look for?
