Default Is this intercooler big enough?

Hey guys, a friend gave me this Intercooler, I was wondering if it is big enough for me to use with a 5.3 and a MP70 turbo in my 85 buick regal. My goal is around the 500-550whp mark. The motor will be running ported 241 heads with prc springs, 220/220 581/581 with a 114 lsa cam, ls2 HD timing chain, arp rod bolts and 60lb injectors. Do you think I'll hit my goal using this intercooler?

The core is 19x11.5 by 3 inches deep, the total dimensions are 25x11.5 and the inlet and outlet are 2.5. What do you guys think?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

And the fins are in pretty bad shape. You will be better off with a new crap-bay intercooler than that one.

That is a stock EVO I/C. Totally insufficient for what you are doing.

yeah it is a stock Evo intercooler, I just thought maybe it would work since its pretty much the same size as the one on ebay for the regals, the only difference is the ones on ebay are 4 inches deep instead of the 3 but the rest of the core is the same size. And it fit so good behind the grille on the regal too

So, I guess what Im asking is... Is the extra 1 inch in depth that important? or will I reach my goals using this one, since the only difference is the depth.

Thanks

Anyone else have any insight on this? I just really want to know if I run this intercooler is it going to really hurt my performance or not.

Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks
