Default Crossover pipe/manifold pipe size

Curious as to what effect on having a 3" crossover as opposed to a 2-1/2" will have? And it will either be running into a 3" log style manifold or a flipped C6 manifold and from the manifold it will be 3" to the turbo flange. Also the DP will be 3" maybe 3-1/2".

Is this overkill for a LS2/TC78 combo?

Yes it is I would run a 2.5" cross-over.

What about on turbo log? Ok to run 3" there or should I just keep it 2-1/2" all the way up to the turbo flange?
