Sorry Wendy, didn't mean to put you in a bind with the Steel Bracket lol. I will get my other one out to you this weekend or early next week.

Also wanted to add the list of parts you need to send in.

The J bracket
the stainless hex stand off that holds the idler pulley on
your stand offs

The easiest thing to do is send in your entire bracket with all the hardware...don't take anything off or apart....we'll return all the necessary pieces back to you...

If you decide to go with the steel J bracket, you will need to purchase the stainless hex standoff as it doesn't come with the bracket.

Definitely a great product that works! My D1 used to have belt-slip even with the belt tight enough to tear up bearings at 13 psi, but my F1 has no slip up to 16 psi. And it takes a lot of strain off the front main bearing.

My neighbor was breaking / throwing belts on his D1 all the time until he put one of these on.....no problems now.

You guys will be happy you bought this!!!

I'm looking to buy the whole package deal with the fans and the ATI balancer, what would the price be then? I remember it being 1500 but the website didn't work for me for the longest time

spring tensioner GP price is currently at $655. We need one more secured order to get it to the $605 deal.

ATI balancer GP price for AC is $440.00

Didn't offer a GP on the fan shroud, but if you purchase with the tensioner I'll take $10 off making it $389.

Assuming we get one more, your cost for the entire package will be $1434.00 without the install tool. Add $38 for that. Plus shipping for all. Not a bad deal! We've got 3 fan shrouds left on the shelf ready to ship for anyone else interested...

I already bought your system........but if I ever need to replace mine I found one for cheap

oh and mine is DEFINITELY slipping with the 3.4" pulley (tension is at 19).......I am running 2 bar speed density so my tuner (Frost) and I can log map sensor values and boost varies between 13-15 psi

I ordered a reichard pulley to see if that helps

Taking a look at their promo page and it looks like they did a bunch of mods to the tensioner. First, they cut down the arm and re-threaded for the idler. They then added an extension to put the idler across the J-Bracket thickness. Disclaimer: I don't own a Procharger

Does yours look like the first psi graph here compared to the second?

Thats not belt slip causing the psi to jump around like that on my graphs, the graph on the 2nd pic was the exact same setup with one change that had nothing to do with the belt.

Mine is different almost every pull......I have maxed out my 2bar sensor in a gear by 5900rpms.....then I do another pull in same gear same air conditions and it doesn't even max 2 bar sensor out by 6800............what was your one change?

It was a bad MAP sensor, but if you have a smooth graph and its just different pull to pull thats a different issue.

I highly doubt you are seeing belt slip with a D1SC and a 3.4 pulley unless something is wrong. I never seen any slip at all with that pulley combo to 7400rpm in cool weather. I could run within .05 and 1mph all day long, that doesnt happen with slipping belts. Not saying its impossible to have slipping belts, but I have had three SDCE setups and none of them ever slipped with the D1, F1 is another story but it wasnt anything severe.
