None the less, this is badass, but for how long is the question! If this setup last the whole season without gasket change, then you are on to something.

I do the same mods the the lsx block except for pinning the mains-that's already done.+the lsx block weighs 150 lbs more

LSX blocks already have the mains pinned? I have one in my garage and I wanted to check it out but haven't had the time.

is there any other block prep done other then the mains dowelled. Anything on the top with the cylinders or anything.

not really much,i did my double oring deal and filled the block part way,but not the normal way of filling-i put it where it needed it, didn't just pour it in like normal

Talking about the LSx block, mine has the same double o-ring, same block fill but adds a main girdle. We've got 2 good platforms to test with now.

Are the heads oringed or is the block o-ringed. We didn't o-ring nothing on my setup, BUT, I am not racing it like you guys do.

Does anyone have pictures of a filled block? Is it streetable in that it can be kept cool?

Completely different animal I know but a friend of mine has a 434ci SBC (15:1 18* heads, etc.) and his block is half filled, he runs it on the street, he says it runs hot but not enough to really cause problems. This is in a C4 if that makes a difference.
