FI in cali

i know you can have the vortech system, but how bout the procharger system, thats the one i want but not to sure if it will pass like the vortech. can anyone help me?

Call ATI to confirm, but I know when I bought mine the P-1SC was 50-state legal and comes with a CARB certificate. They are tracked by Serial Number, so smog shops can confirm your unit is okay. I, like most others, went with the D-1SC, even though it isn't CARB approved. We'll just cross the smog bridge when we come to it.
