no Boost

no Boost so far I'm almost done with my SC install and all that goes with it, after firing it up I realised that I'm not making any Boost. If I remove the tube from the SC to the TB I can feel it blowing pretty strong.
Its a Paxton Novi2000
I have a 6.8 Balancer and a 2.75 pulley so Impeller Speed at 6200rpm should be 53650 (6.8:2.75x6200x3.5)
Paxton says max. Impeller speed is 55000 so I'm already close to the max.
I also Installed a LS6 Intake and a CompCams Xr269 with 1.8 rockers
could it be that the Intake is leaking somewhere, or is the cam not good for use with a SC, but I think its a pretty mild cam.
what could cause the problem?
