Default why is my power so low?

hay guys i see that a LOT of people are making well over 600RWHP with there d1 at 9 psi and up, im at 12 and making only 540RWHP what do you think is the problem is?
My setup is:

Engine:
forged 347 9:8:1
stock 6.0 heads( milled after i blew up motor and thats why i have 9:8:1)
DG springs
Victor Jr intake
intakelbows.com elbow
stock ported TB
EPP blower cam

Fuel:
twin intank 255
stock lines
60 lbs injectors
fast rails
pump gas no meth

Transmission/converter:
Local built 4L80E upgraded clutches new everything and transgo HD-2
Pro-Edge 3600

Rear:
built 8.8
Detroit locker
3:73 gears

Exhaust:
Pacesetter LT
Pacesetter ORY
stock I pipe
Flowmaster

Power Adder
Procharger D-1SC with 8 rib @10-12 psi
Epp front mount inter cooler
Big RED BPV

the car was went a 6.95 @ 99 in the 1/8 (3741 race weight)

I know the car runs well and the tune is spot on yet when i compare my numbers with others i seem to be a lot lower at the amount of boost im running, now i understand that dyno numbers are not the most important thing in the world but they are a good tool to gauge a set-up and looking at the numbers it seems that im off? what do you guys think?

thanks for any help

tranny and stall are eating up some, most of those numbers you hear bout a 6 speeds. was it a mustang dyno? that would be the biggest diff!

How far up do you spin the motor? That 80 will soak up a little power. Mustang or dyno jet?

Doesnt seem wrong...580 on mine on 9psi through a M6 so 40+rwhp doesnt seem that far off...like a 20-25% loss for a auto

Drop the exhaust and re dyno. I bet that shitty pacesetter Y pipe and flowmaster are really holding the car back.

Have you replaced the small ATI filter with a bigger filter? A bigger filter for sure makes a difference.

Stock I-pipe is 2 1/2 or 3 inches? That would seem to me to be a restriction - 3 inch into 2 1/2. There's a lot of hot air coming out of a blown motor - that might be the bottleneck.

Which pulley? For me going from a 4.5 to 4.38 pulley and SD tune increased rwhp nearly 80 hp up to 565 rwhp on a Mustantg Dyno (A4 - 12 bolt Moser). We could have got more - but I still have stock bottom end.

Are you locking up the converter above ~40mph? That will lower the amount of power the 80E sucks up too.

But I'm in agreement with the guys above - you need a beefier exhaust setup. The filter is a good tip, too.

At that power level you should be running a 3" y into a 4" single or true dual 3". The pacesetter Y dead heads the drivers side into the passenger side straight pipe that runs to the back, correct? You could also try cutouts about a foot back of the collectors in your existing exhaust.

I wouldn't doubt that this is killing you right now. I picked up 30 rwhp going from the Jethot Y-pipe (2 1/2 into 3"), which I believe is the same, to true dual 3" on my old LS2 408.

Here's the true duals with Borla XR1's:

Was looking for pics of the shitty Y which looks more like a T but I cant find any.

I tucked up my piping to make a better location for the air filter for air and easy removal for cleaning. This K & N (KN E-1009) is one size smaller than the size Bob at EPP sells. It flows around 825 cfm. The bigger filter will fit if you trim the bumper brace support and route this way.

With the custom aluminum piping tucked up an additional two inches the original plastic shields bolts back on to the underside of the front bumper protecting the filter from rain but I don't drive in rain anyway.

I know somebody putting down 548rwhp at 12psi on a stock 346 with just a ls6 intake, long tubes, and a flowmaster catback. I would think having the epp blower cam and vic jr your peak numbers would be a lot higher.

That's a good price but you might consider going to a mandrel bent setup - those crush-bend pipes are also more restrictive than optimal. Since your engine is just an air pump, and a blown engine pumps more air, you really need to get rid of it through an optimized exhaust, so every little bit helps more than you might think.
