I didn't say that the exhaust manifolds weren't a quality piece. Its hard to mess up a cast iron manifold, but even then...time and miles with tell the tale.

John, I think I can speak for more than myself when I say that I no longer want them to be able to have a sponsor ship on this site. Is there no way we can have an action to not only deny that but also ban peter?

Just wondering.

What are you basing your prediction that "they probably will" on?

He's had ample opportunity to say,

"Of course, send us your turbo and if it's diagnosed as defective, we will repair it for you or replace it."

Instead, he has said, well... You know.

I believe Peter should be the one to say so instead of us guessing he would at this point... Nothing should be assumed right now IMO. Wouldn't it be nice if there was a thread or something where he could have the opportunity to chime in and let us know what services/warranties are available to an audience of his customers to dispel any myths and back his products up? Oh, wait!

Having to foot the freight is a separate, also frustrating issue.

question for you guys that recently purchased a kit, my Chase card has a reverse charge feature for situations like that, depending on your method of payment I would call (if you used a credit card to pay for this garbage) the 800 number and file a case, no matter where in the world this scumbag is hiding, your CC company might be able to get some if not all your money back.

good luck!

I know, it's not like Peter said that they were gonna continue producing the F-Body TT kit.

You have shown yourself to be nothing more than a conman with a steaming pile of monkey spunk for a soul , you know that? You admitted your parts are chinese knock off pieces of garbage by not once refutting any of the accusations. No self respecting company would allow people to accuse them of selling junk without defending themselves. Whats your response??
"We arent making anymore F-body kits anyway. we have other things to do. At least we delivered. Cheers matey"

Translation : "Yeah, we bent you guys over and plowed you in the keyster to the tune of hundreds of thousands. Now that you caught on, we're out the door! Have fun with you chinese junk, suckers!"

I hope you get eaten by a rabid koala bear. You scamming piece of wallabee dung. With your smug, "tough ****, we got you and now we are leaving" attitude regarding your scamming, i wouldnt be surprised if someone on a business trip or vacation in Aussie land visits you someday.

John, i am gueessing that was sarcasm asking him about honoring warrantees. He hasntm mentioned a signle thing about it, except to say "pay to send it to me and i will look at it". At which point, he will likely say "yup, thats the chinese piece of **** i sold him. lol. Hey Mic, crack me a fosters and ask Donk to come over and ream out my O-ring, will ya?? All this screwing of customers has made me feel... frisky".

Agreed on keeping it civil.

It's just hilarious how he does not even begin to deny it, he completely skipped the fun part of this kind of thread.

I know of 3 cars with APS kits on them, in all cases the turbos came apart in one case it destroyed the motor in the process. I sincerely hope this company and this peter character get sued.

And I'll be more than happy to spread the word to other forums.

Wow... Still a sponsor because?... This should NOT go without a serious consequence. I cant imagine ANYONE on this site would want to do business with him after seeing his "who cares not my problem" type attitude!

Glad Im fabricating my own turbo kit!

Correct, APS will produce more GTO twin turbo systems as soon as we have production time available which hopefully will be before the end of 09,

Cheers,

Peter
