Calling out APS
Reason I say this is, I work in service and provide cust service and what you mentioned above I have wanted to tell that to quite a few customers. The reason I do not say that is for employment reason's.

You think its only people in the fbody world that like getting screwed over with knock off turbos, compromised components and subpar customer service?

They're whining because they want to know if the turbos they thought were Mitsubishi were instead Chinese.
Already losing some confidence in APS due to the possibility that they are as such, your best offer is to "look" at them and possibly replace the **** turbo with another **** turbo...
This prospect, obviously, does not appeal to F-Body owners, evidenced by the fact that they are spending the money TWICE going with LG or by sending their turbos to other independent turbo shops for diagnoses.
The whole time, the customers' questions of the turbos' quality are ignored, and they're scared of continuing the refund/repair process with you due to your deceptive demeanor reflected SO VERY CLEARLY in your willingness to post to a user here that he's a ******** but total unwillingness to answer the TONS of repeated questions to you regarding the F-Body APS Kit's turbos' origins.
Yes, these F-body people are so unreasonable... So quick to whine... lol
Since you're so sure they are unreasonable, why don't you pony up and put that claim to the test? Why don't you answer the questions about where the turbos are from, state their genuine authenticity and quality, and see if they still whine before you call them whiners?

If there wasn't so many people unhappy with you, your product and shitty customer service there wouldn't be 20+ pages in this thread. If you want to pick me out of all the people that have bashed you in this thread that's fine. Everyone on this board knows what kind of person you are.
If you would have taken care of your customers, accepted the fact your kit had problems and you used junk *** turbos all of us wouldn't bad mouth you.
I have defended your kit in the past and had the money to get one. But its your attitude and lack of customer support that turned me away along with many other people.
If you want to be pissed be pissed at yourself. I know you won't because you do not posses that personal characteristic.
At any point I say anything that's not true be sure to call me out on it. I have a feeling I will be waiting for a while.
