Who makes turbo inlet pipes with the lipped ends

Default Who makes turbo inlet pipes with the lipped ends

Im going to pull my mass air for more room and ease of removeing the TB when i work on my APS camaro. I need a 3 1/2'' long pipe 3 1/2" dia with slight lipped ends and was wondering if any of you know who would make me a piece like this ?or have a piece tis size in stock

If you already have the pipe and just need the lip call around to fab shops and ask about bead rolling. Even some HVAC shops have the machine to do it.

I remember seeing pieces all ready done before,,, but for the life of me cant remember where i saw it! LOL Im pretty sure it was a company that delt with turbo and turbo parts

I thought APS or GEN TT made the MAF delete pipe but I could be wrong.

if stainless or mild steel i have a bead roller. it is a pain but you are more than welcome to use it

now that i think about it i have 3.5 inch tubing here. have a few feet of it
just mild steel though but can have it powdercoated if you want.

If you use aluminum you can modify a crimpers to make that bead roll you want.

got the idea from cobrakiller's build thread

got some cheap *** harbor freight $5 crimpers and ground them down to just the crimper portion. then just work it around the end of the piping

actually worked better than i thought it would

Homemade lip tools work very well. Here is one I made from a pair of Vise Grips that were found in the street. Total cost 0.00
