Damn looks good. I need to come to your shop sometime and look at your car up close. I have only seen it flying by at some ridiculous speeds.

Looks Good. Almost the same as my car except im th400, and leaning toward a 383 ls1 for boost vs the 370 iron block.

Good luck on the single digit pass next year.

Got the car running today. It has a fuel pressure issue from the regulator. I am going to pull the regulator off my car and try it.
I was able to crank the injector pulsewidth up enough to get it idling, but gauge wasn't working and regulator is non functional. I think it is just dumping it all back to the tank. Probably play with it on tuesday.
No leaks, and got the cooling system filled and bled.
Once I get the fuel system figured out, build the rest of the exhaust and throw the dash and gauges in it should be ready for a road test and alignment.

Stock motor on 6psi with the t56 it was a hi 11 second car with problems, and a maf tune.

Now the car is 400 lbs lighter, th400, going to get a built motor this winter, 2 bar sd(i got a stupid 98 ecu) so 14.7 psi i think easy low 10's, but a high 9 would be awesome.

Will the flexi sections hold up to the heat and pressure of a turbo hot side? I had no idea that was an option.

Yes they are heavy duty stainless flex joints, it is something learned over the long haul. Lots of heat cycles causes the pipes to take a set, these ensure everything will line back up when reinstalled. They are a good idea. You just need to make sure the turbo is properly braced.

Are those necessary with solid mounts?

Not a bad idea, the pipes will take a set from heat cycles, and sometimes can be a bitch to go back together. The turbo is braced to the block, so the rocking of the motor mounts doesn't affect it in that regard.

the reason i ask is the non turbo specific flex sections w/o the solid liings like to pretty much implode on themselves and clog everything up

good ones

bad ones
